Where MedRecPros acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA, our obligations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) are governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own HIPAA compliance and for providing accurate information necessary for MedRecPros to perform its services.
